Lithotype established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and began the transition to an Employee-Owned Company in 2011 and in 2015 became 100% Employee- Owned. As an ESOP, our culture promotes ownership, accountability and performance among each stakeholder. We continuously invest in our people and business systems to improve performance and processes.
