Established in 1963, Lithotype continues to invest in the latest technology to maintain their leadership position in print quality and quick turnaround times. Growing SKU counts and increasing graphics demands coupled with shorter lead times are increasingly becoming the norm within the markets we serve. The Thallo will provide our customers with exceptionally high print quality in combination with ultra-fast make-readies by utilizing a cost-effective sleeve-based web offset system. The Thallo now makes it possible for us to set up jobs in a matter of minutes and the system’s many waste-reducing features deliver an unmatched solution for both short and long run packaging jobs. The new press is also equipped with environmentally friendly electron beam curing technology which greatly reduces the consumption of natural gas used in the production process. EB inks are 100% solid, which reduces VOCs to nearly zero. The Thallo is fast and efficient, and now available for all of your flexible packaging projects. |

May 2017 - The Lithotype Company announces the launch of our latest flexo press in its Midwest facility located in Bolingbrook, IL. The central impression press, manufactured by Uteco, will allow Lithotype to expand our product and service offerings to include 10-color wide web printing, high quality graphic reproduction, and ultra-quick changeovers.
